Payment
Payment on ready-made items is due within three days of your order. If for any reason you have trouble completing the payment, or if your order was made in error, please contact me as soon as possible. Payment on custom orders is as follows: Once the price has been discussed and a firm price given, half of the total is due up front within three days of the custom order. When the order is complete, the rest of the payment is due before the product will be shipped.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping price includes packaging, handling, tracking, and insurance. Ready-made items will ship 3-5 days after purchase. Custom orders will vary. For other shipping options, please contact me prior to making a purchase. International shipping is available, please message me for prices and details.
Refunds and Exchanges
An item is returnable if it is received damaged (photo required) and the request is made within 14 days after receipt as shown by package tracking. Custom items are non-refundable.
Additional Policies
Custom orders are welcome. Please contact me a sufficient time in advance to complete your order to the best of my ability before your event, and take into consideration shipping time and unexpected circumstances. Bulk orders within reason are also welcome. If you have any question or concern during your transaction or custom order, please don't hesitate to contact me. Above all else, I love to see a happy customer! If you are pleased with your item and have a picture of yourself wearing one of my items, I would love to have you share them with me. Send the picture to equinoxmasquerade@gmail.com or share the picture on my Facebook page. Please note that by sending me your picture you are agreeing to let me share it on this website and/or on social media. But you're wearing a mask, so it's ok! ;)
